At E&C, our services have continued to grow and develop in response to the needs of individuals, families, businesses and healthcare organisations across South Wales.
What originally began with E&C Training Solutions has evolved into something broader.
We are now bringing our growing range of services together under one umbrella:
E&C Health Group
This new structure allows us to keep the trusted services people already know, while creating room to develop new healthcare services in a clear and professional way.
One Group, Multiple Specialist Services
E&C Health Group will bring together several dedicated services, each with its own identity and area of expertise.
These include:
- E&C Training Solutions – providing accredited classroom training, professional development and flexible E-Learning.
- E&C Phlebotomy Services – delivering professional blood collection services, including home visits, care home visits, private sample collection and workplace appointments.
- E&C Ear Care – a developing service focused on professional ear care and ear wax removal.
- E&C Healthcare Concierge – practical healthcare support designed to help individuals and families navigate appointments, services and everyday healthcare needs.
- E&C Health Testing – providing access to a range of health testing services through trusted laboratory and healthcare partners.
By bringing these services together, we can offer a more joined-up approach while still allowing each specialist service to retain its own focus.
Why E&C Health Group?
As our services have expanded, it became clear that the name E&C Training Solutions no longer represented everything we do.
Training remains a major part of the business and will continue under the E&C Training Solutions name, but our work now extends beyond education and professional development.
The creation of E&C Health Group gives us a wider identity that reflects both sides of the organisation:
Professional Healthcare and Professional Training.
It also gives us the flexibility to introduce additional services in the future without changing the identity of the business every time we grow.
E&C Training Solutions Is Staying
One thing that is not changing is our commitment to professional training.
E&C Training Solutions will remain our dedicated training division, providing classroom-based and online learning across subjects including First Aid, Health & Social Care, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Food Safety and professional development.
Existing customers will still receive the same personal service and practical approach they have come to expect.
The difference is that E&C Training Solutions will now form part of the wider E&C Health Group family.
Expanding Community Healthcare
Alongside training, we are continuing to develop healthcare services that are accessible, professional and convenient.
Our aim is to provide services that can support people within their own homes, workplaces, care settings and communities.
We believe healthcare should not always mean travelling to a large hospital or clinic. Where appropriate, services can be brought closer to the people who need them.
That community-focused approach will continue to shape the development of E&C Health Group.
Supporting Individuals and Organisations
The new structure also gives us an opportunity to work more closely with organisations.
For example, a care home may need both staff training and healthcare support.
A business may require workplace training alongside employee health services.
An individual may require blood collection, ear care or help accessing another healthcare service.
By bringing our services together under E&C Health Group, we can make it easier for customers to access the support they need through one trusted organisation.
